Located just north of world famous St. Armand’s Circle, Lido Shores is considered one of Sarasota’s most prestigious addresses.

Spectacular bayfront property on the east side of the subdivision is only rivaled by gulf front views on the west side. Nearly 150 homes range from older garden/ranch homes within walking distance to the beach, to multi-million dollar mansions along the water.

Lido Shores has a true private beach with a gated entrance and protected dunes. There is a gazebo right on the beach for reading or enjoying the views without the sunburn. This is a popular stretch of beach for weddings, given how private it is.

St. Armand’s Circle is about 1 mile to the south, and is an easy walk. This makes some of the best shopping and dining in Sarasota within close proximity. Sarasota downtown is a 5 minute drive back over the causeway. Just to the north is Mote Marine, and Ken Thompson Park which has an amazing view of downtown Sarasota, playgrounds, kayak launches, and a winding boardwalk through the mangroves.

Longboat Key is just to the north as well, making Lido Key centrally located to the best Sarasota has to offer!
