Summerfield

Summerfield is one of Lakewood Ranch’s seven villages. Like its neighbors, Summerfield provides walking trails, lakes and wildlife viewing in a natural setting. Perhaps more so than the other villages Summerfield is known for being extremely family friendly, with kid-centered neighborhood events, such as the yearly Easter Egg Hunt and 4th of July party. Great schools are within walking distance. Summerfield is also one of the more affordable areas of Lakewood Ranch, offering single family homes to 2,500 square feet; some homes are maintenance free.

The community also features shopping, dining and excellent schools and health care facilities.
