Riegels Landing

Riegels Landing provides the perfect home for all boaters and fishers!

Located on the northern side of Siesta Key, the luxurious homes of Riegels Landing are truly unique and exquisite. While many homes maintain the charms of old world Florida design, they typically feature updated kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, updated bathrooms, and expansive windows that let in lots of natural light. Many of these properties, located on rich and lush vegetation, feature expertly crafted swimming pools and wraparound porches with breathtaking waterfront views. While not all houses have direct waterfront access in their backyard, all residents have the opportunity to store their boat at Riegels Landing’s marina where, within minutes, you can sail your boat along the Intracoastal Waterway. This property is also deed-restricted and gated for the safety and convenience of residences.

If you love beach days, then you are in luck because one of the most beautiful beaches in the United States is just minutes away. You can literally walk or bike to Siesta Beach, ranked top ten beaches in the United States multiple times by “Dr. Beach.” Also nearby, Siesta Key Village is only a short drive away. This whimsical shopping and eating destination is known for its quirky Key gift shops and delicious eateries. Anna’s Deli is one restaurant located in the Village that is frequently recognized throughout Sarasota for its delicious sandwiches. Another great experience to be had in Siesta Key Village is the opportunity to view the Key on a Segway or scooter, which can be rented at Robin Hood Rentals in the town.

At Riegels Landing, school age residents can attend some excellent schools, including Philipi Shores Elementary, Brookside Middle, and Sarasota High School. If you are looking for further recreation, then you can venture to downtown Sarasota, only 15 minutes away. Once there, you will have more limitless opportunities to shop, dine, and view the arts and culture of the downtown district. Some wonderful sources of recreation nearby include the Ringling Museum of Art, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, Asolo Repertory Theatre, and Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium.
